Question: My 4 yr old son has his front two teeth bigger than others. Attached are the images. Please let me know if this is of any concern.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. As of now it is not concerning. But at around 7 years of age he would be getting his permanent teeth. Do visit a dentist, preferably an orthodontist, at that point of time. He would be able to suggest if the spacing between teeth is proper and whether some intervention is needed for the overall good setting of teeth.
