Like black and blue when u hit a body part and it comes out

I keep cracking knuckles any advice on to stop its a bad habit when I try to open a bottle hurts

As I was putting laundry in the washer my sock fell in the trash so I picked it up HIV??? I believe I washed my hands apparently no cuts or bleeding I never took a photo of my hands HIV test???

You know thoughs brown chips not that u eat but as I was picking up my napkin off the ground I made contact with it not sure bleeding but I had it on my iPhone but removed by mistake this brown chips where they come from this happen September 4 should I've be tested!??

That's what I fhink not certain all I kbiw it was small I just dawned on this now

I was frustrated few days ago and I hit my head on the side of frustration with the knuckles showing can become blind???
