Question: I would like your opinion on the effectvivess, based upon complaints/compliments your patients have given you regarding the folllowing similar medications: wellbrutrin, zoloft, paxil, cymbalta, and lexopro? I cannot figure out which one is the best

Although scientifically speaking there is no medicine superior or inferior among the available choices. Across the studies they have similar efficacy.


Having said this I personally feel Lexapro is better option as it have very mild propensity to cause side effects and do not interact with most of other medications.
