Spasmaproxyvon is a drug containing antispasmodic Dicyclomine and paracetamol, which helps to relieve cramping pain of abdomen or kidney related pain. They are particularly helpful in abdominal disorders. They relieve pain by reducing the spasm.
Tram proxyvon contains tramadol which is a pain reliever. It does not relieve any spasm but act on the pathway which carries pain sensation from the site of pain to brain. As the path is blocked the person does not feel pain.
Thus both helps in relieving pain but by different mechanism.
