Brief Answer:
HIV is unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

HIV will not get transmitted through sweat.

Moreover, the symptoms and signs you have mentioned are not suggestive of HIV. This is likely due to infective causes like pharyngitis or sore throat. The incubation period (time period between exposure and appearance of symptoms) is around four to six weeks as well.

As of now, better to consult a general practitioner and start a short course of antibiotics preferably Co-amoxiclav.

If symptoms persist, it is better to see a physician and get evaluated thoroughly.

Wishing all the best.
Thanks

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

HIV will not get transmitted through sweat. No cases reported so far.

If you are still worried you can go for HIV serology testing for reassurance (after a couple of weeks).

There's nothing to worry about.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
