Abdomen hurts during urination. Feeling sore. What could be the problem?

The bottom of my abdomen hurts halfway through urination. It was sore all day yesterday. My urethra does not hurt. I am generally aware if I have a UTI or kidney trouble. I'm not ruling it out. What is the most likely problem?

The most likely problem is infection in the bladder / at times stone...
Get examined / have an ultrasound, urine rouine and culture
At times pelvic examination may be necessary to exclude Gynaecological problems..
