Brief Answer:
Kindly Confirm by urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern, here is my advice,

As per your history still your cycles are regular and you had sex on 23rd of Feb i.e may be in your fertile period, so you have to confirm pregnancy.

For that kindly do urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen and pelvis for confirmation after gynecologist consultation.

If urine pregnancy test come positive and pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound then the gestational age may be approximately 5 to 6 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale

Brief Answer:
It's from first day of last menstrual cycle.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for reply.

To calculate gestational age, we consider your first day of last menstrual cycle i.e. 1st or 2nd February. So from that date, gestational age would be around 5 to 6 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.

Dr Shyam Kale
