Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service,

I carefully read your query. I am sorry that you feel so unwell and am at your disposition to assist you.

Feeling lightheaded, fatigue, weakness, nausea, and feeling unbalanced might be caused by different conditions.

If you have had these for only a few days very likely it is due to a viral condition you might be going through recently. In this case resting and making sure you eat and drink well, as you are already doing, is all that is needed. Normally you should start to feel better in 2-3 days.

It is important also to check your blood pressure to make sure it is normal and as usual. Sometimes low blood pressure might cause some of your symptoms especially since you're on blood pressure medications, sudden abrupt changes of blood pressures could be a reason, so do get it checked regularly.

If you are not better or you get any worse or you have these symptoms for longer than 2 weeks, then other conditions may be considered. In this case, some tests may be advisable:

- CBC and ERS to rule out anemia as a possible cause of fatigue and the rest of the symptoms
- TSH and FT4 to check your thyroid function
- a general routine check of the metabolic profile (glucose levels, lipids, liver tests, kidney function tests) might be helpful as well, to rule out conditions related to these.

If all the examinations come out normal and the doctor does not find anything abnormal when physically examining you, then anxiety can be considered as a possible cause.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
