Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Flu vaccines are most often safe and there are no untoward incidents. However occasionally there are reports of fever with prodromol symptoms and allergies. The rashes seems like an allergy but not definitely. Does she also have itching?

Despite the limitations to arrive at a conclusive diagnosis, the presence of numbness concerns me. I will recommend you get this checked at the earliest. Rarely vaccines or a new set of infection have the ability to affect neurological functions leading to numbness and weakness. I will urge you to see a doctor at the earliest and get a neurological assessment done. Further treatment will be based on clinical assessment.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
