I am almost 34 weeks pregnant and I woke up this morning to my whole arm hurting from shoulder to hand , my left leg is also the same way, my arm seems to feel a little swelled as well. I m not sure if this is something to worry about but its very painful and I have been having pains in my back and stomach as well with all this. What do I do?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Prolonged sleeping or sitting in one position can cause swelling of the dependent position and some amount of physiological edema is common in pregnancy.
But as you are having pain, better to consult gynecologist once.
After consulting go for physical examination to rule out the possibility of the premature labor and also get blood parameters checked to rule out the possibility of any thrombosis, embolism etc.
Take care.
