What Does The Blood Sugar Level Of 240 Suggest?

i am 34 weeks pregnant and went into premature labor at 29 weeks im on bedrest but i have contractions daily i am 2cm and 80% effaced im having back contractions and the doc is not picking them up my blood sugar is 240 and i have sugar in my urine what should they be doing for me they sent me home i have a postive ffn

I am very sorry about your condition.
during pregnancy and due to excessive stress there will be a short term raise of blood sugar.
This is called stress induced hyperglycemia.

Relax and there is nothing to worry.
i suggest you to monitor sugars 2 hrs after food twice daily and inform results to your doctor.
