No the blood pressure is not abnormal however it is low for her age. It will be better to have a systolic of 120 atleast and diastolic of 80. What you can do is to add a little more salt in the diet about 7 gms per day.
These are the blood pressure parameters the systolic is the higher reading and the diastolic the lower

Your blood pressure is increased. You need antihypertensives like calcium channel blockers, ACE inhibitors etc. It can be discussed with physician.
You also need to check your lipid profile and LFT.
USG of abdomen should also be done.
Anxiolytics can be given for short duration.
