there are chances for getting pregnant , but before that you have to be tested for hormones and chances of you getting pregnant, size and location of the cyst has to be determined.
endometrial cyst can be excised surgically, but that depends on sixe and symptoms caused by it.

Polycystic ovaries mean presence of number of immature cysts in ovaries.
Normally in an ovarian cycle multiple cysts develop, one matures and ruptures to release mature ovum.
In polycystic ovaries, none of the cysts matures and there is no ovulation.
Treatment is available for this condition.
