left cornua endometrial adhesions means what? doctor.
Hi, Endometrial adhesions are tissue attachments that run across the cavity of the uterus; if they are located in the corner or cornua of the uterus, they are called cornual. Their significance can be in fertility and endometrial shedding. Simple surgery can help to remove adhesions. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.

uterus slightly bulky about 5.6cm. endometrial plate thickness about 1.6cm . no gestational sac seen. adnexae is normal. pouch of Douglas is free.
Hi, I would like to know what exactly you wished to inquire. If it was related to the sonogram findings, I presume you have been tested to confirm/exclude pregnancy. As such, there is no evidence of pregnancy, though the endometrium is thicker. If you have always had regular cycles and have a missed period, you can repeat the test along with serum beta-hCG titres to be sure. Hope this helps.
