What does knee ache and cracking mean ?
I m 14 years old and I dance. My knees have started to ache and crack whenever I bend at my locker or durning class. Also, when I pull extensions as in tilts and heal stretched and sometimes even my split, my right thigh and knee ache? What does this mean for now and the future?

Your age is 18 years hence it rules out diseases like osteoarthritis. Also you dont have a pain in the joints anywhere to think that there is any arthritis which is causing this.
