Hi ... I was dignosed with polistic ovaries...along with water retention and insulin resistance....I have removed these cysts a number of times....so my gynae decided 2 do a clean up ....I'm still battling my tummy gets bloated ....I'm always in pain and I'm trying so hard 2 fall pregnant I'm only 21 but according to my physician I should start trying ....my gynea has put me on so much medication and its a huge cost....I hardly gt a period....my gyne has put me on fermatoid as well as folic acid and still nothing is happenin have u got any other ways of me trying to fall pregnant
Hi, In the current scenario, you should see an infertility specialist as you would need special attention. Also, since you have insulin resistance, use of Metformin should be considered. This has many benefits as it can induce ovulation on its own and can be used throughout pregnancy. Apart from this, maintenance of a healthy body weight, regular exercise, avoidance of stress and a healthy diet are vital.
