My Wife Has Albumin Traces In Urine During Pregnancy
Hi, My wife is pregnant and about to complete 9 month.In recent test, doctor found albumin trace in her urine and also high BP. doctor asking for premature delivery. Can this premature delivery be a normal one or we have to go for c-Section

Your wife has a complication of pregnancy called preeclampsia/PIH.Its characterised by high BP and protenuria.There are other more severe manifestations also.If its a term pregnancy then its perfectly fine to induce labour.Esp if her BP isnt controlled.Both types of delivery can be done depending on various factors to be assessed by her doctor.
