Hi,

I think that apart from high blood pressure this condition of yours can be due to lack of sleep and tiredness. If your blood pressure is normal there is nothing much to worry about. Start tablet Diclofenac and paracetamol for 5 days and a Pantoprazole course for 10 days. If you are suffering from insomnia, I would suggest you to have a course of alprazolam 0.25 mg tablets for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
