Recommend Treatment For Pruritic Urticarial Papules

How long can PUPPP last? I have several bumpy rashes and discolored skin on the outside of my vagina and the creases of my thighs by my vagina. Very itchy and burns too. I am 32, 5'4", 225lbs had preeclampsia and hypertension and have had these symptoms for two years now, they are now starting to get unbearable

Hello,

The exact cause of PUPPP rash isn't known. It is recommended to use chamomile and peppermint which can be helpful. You can apply itch-relieving moisturizers to your skin as much as relieves your discomfort. I also suggest using antihistamines to relieve the itching.
