Hi,

Pearly penile papules is a benign condition and disappear gradually. Usually no treatment is given. Carbon dioxide Lazer removal can be done for cosmetic reasons. But caution should be there not to injure glans. Any how it's better to have a consultation with dermatologist for a visual examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
