The unexplained leg bruising is a worrisome finding and can be related to a bleeding disorder. You need to consult your physician for a detailed blood investigations and coagulation profile to find out the cause. This is not related to the cough and reflux or sinusitis.
I keep getting unexplained bruising on my legs. I wake up every morning and I'm covered in bruises. I sometimes get little red blood spots along with it too.

This looks like some form of allergy or some underlying medical problem & you should not take it casually. Best is to see a physician & have a thorough systemic review.
You may get relief from simple anti-allergics or may need some blood tests to get relief.
