Suggest Treatment For Unexplained Bruise On The Neck

I have an unexplained mark on my neck that looks like a burn I do remember putting so perfume on that burned but it s been here about two weeks and hasn t peeled or anything no itching or anything the dirt day it appeared It was sensitive to touch that s how I noticed it during a bathe but nothing sense but an black like burn look

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have unexplained bruise on the neck . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query trauma , leukaemia , bleeding disorder , haemophilia , liver disease , heparin or vasculitis . It can be allergic reaction or side effects of medicine . I would suggest you to keep that area dry and clean , apply over the counter antibiotics cream and take anti histamine like benadryl . If condition persist then consult dermatologist for proper examination , who may order liver function test , skin patch test and allergy test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti fungal , immunosuppressants , coerticosteroid ointment and may refer you to gastroenterologist for liver diasease .
