Feeling Like Gas Trapped, Reoccurring, Cramps And Growls In Stomach, Lower Abdominal Pain. Cure For Symptoms?

Hello about 8 months ago I started getting gas symptoms like I had to burp but I couldn't burp. Just felt like trapped gas. And this symptom would come and go. And then I noticed that my stomach would cramp and growl sometimes like I was extremely hungry. And now I have lower left abdominal pain. The pain is not sharp it feels like pressure and its worse if I'm sitting in a chair I also have diarrhea and yellowish stools. The lower left abdominal pressure is in the front not realy on the side but towards the front near my left hip? Any advice on what this could be would be very helpful thank you!

Welcome to HCM!

You need to do certain investigations- USG (Abdo-Pelvis), X-ray KUB, RFT,
Sr. uric acid, Urine (R & M), Stool (R & M).
Drink plenty of water.
Till then take antispasmodics, analgesics, antacids with your doctor's advice.

Wish you a speedy recovery.
Take care.
Regards.
