General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms may be caused by many diseases including urine tract infection, constipations, intestines obstruction due to colon cancer and many more.
With urinary tract infection usually gives also frequent urinating and burning after urinating. Back pain can appear as well.
Bowels obstruction is possible especially if you have had constipations before, blood or mucus in stool or lost some weight recently. This condition should be ruled out at first. To do that abdominal X-ray should be performed. You should also have abdominal ultrasound, full blood work, urine analysis. Please do not neglect your symptoms.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
