Sudden Episode Of Shaking And Cold Flashes. Reason?

I was sitting on the couch and all of a sudden I started shaking, feeling noshish and having very bad hot and cold flashes! It was so bad that I had to take the shirt off because it was so full if sweat. I then went to the kitchen and ate what I could fastly, I had some chips and a bowl of cereal. I am now on the couch with the chills, what do you think this may be??? Thank you so much for your time

Hi ! You have not mentioned about your age. You should get your blood pressure checked up at the first instance. Also a blood sugar will help in excluding conditions giving rise to such symptoms. Chills could be due fever. I would suggest you to go to your family physician and get yourself checked up.
Wishing you an early recovery.
