Red swollen lump on thigh. Cure?
Hello. I noticed 2 days ago that something was getting very swollen on my outer thigh. It is a dark swollen lump about an inch and a half wide with a pin point opening, but I have a lighter red swelling around it thats fairly large. I didn t notice getting bit by anything though.

Sebaceous cyst is the most likely.... Treatment would depend on the current status of the lump. Is it painful? Is there redness? How large is the bump?

Three days ago i noticed a lump on my pernium that swelled up to the size of a grape and ita hard.
If the lump is associated with pain and redness the chances of it being abscess due to infection are high. You may need antibiotics to get it treated. In severe cases incision and drainage may be needed. Visit a general surgeon for the same
