Pain, Discomfort In Lower Back, Radiating Pain To Right Shoulder. History Of Fibromyalgia. Pulled Muscle?

hello. This afternoon i noticed pain & discomfort in my right lower back and kind of towards the side. when sitting it is worst. It radiates when I inhale to my right shoulder . I was lifting alot today. I do have fibromyalgia . Just curious if its a pulled muscle or if it could be something more serious. No other symptoms

You might had lumbar strain. In this microtear occurs in muscle.

I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination.

In the interim, ice the affected area and take anti-inflammatory drug like mortin to reduce pain and inflammation. Avoid lifting and rest well.
