Muscle Starin On Right Leg, Applied Volini Spray, Now Ok. Alternative?
Hi I got a muscle strain on my right leg while doing excerise. Its not an acute pain but i feel the pain when i twist or walk but there is no limping.Pain also reduces to almost 0 if i excersice again.Anyway i have applied VoLini Spray and now it is ok. Do let me know if i need to do something more to get it proper?

It looks to me that you are having leg muscle strain in your leg. I would suggest you following things.
1.Tablet Myoril or Myospaz for pain
2. Hot water fomentation
3. Diclofenac ointment
