Hello Doc! Please let me know that pregnancy symptoms are seen before the next period or after few days over to the period dates? and what are the starting symptoms?

amenorrhoea means 1 month plus some days is the first symptoms then morning sickness stiffness of breasts,mild lower abdominal pain and morning sickness mild vomitting and headache and fever
