Hi Alyssavoith. My name is Vin. Since this is a mobile query. Will be brief. Contact through HCM for more. Those glands on the back may be lymph nodes. Job is to filter out all the infected material coming from your resolving sinus infection. So they may be swollen and tender for a bit. It's generally normal for a few weeks after an infection. But if it doesn't come down after that, see your Doc
Agonising throbbing earache with hearing loss on both sides. Pulsatile tinnitus. Sore throat, tender neck and teeth. No fever, no swollenglands. Heat no help.
thanks for your query at hcm.
throbbing ear pain, hearing loss and pulsatile tinnitus are very concering compliant.
these compliant can be due to infection , vascular abnormality or tumor.
my recommendation would be you visit ent specialist urgently for further investigation and management.
