Cramping ache pain down the entire left arm
Thanks for your query. The cramps and pain in the arm are most likely due to either compression or inflammation of the arm's nerves, in the shoulder region. Or, the compression is at the site where these nerves arise from the spinal cord, due to cervical spondylosis. Consult your treating doctor, who will know what would be best for you.
