Brief Answer:
Low potassium or magnesium or calcium can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Low potassium or magnesium or calcium can be the reason for muscle cramps. So it is better to run the test for electrolytes in blood like sodium potassium calcium and magnesium.
In case of deficiency substitution of those or foods rich in those will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
