MY SON IS BIPOLAR DISORDER FOR 14 YEARS NO HE IS 33 YEARS OLD, HE USED TO TAKE 4 TABLETS OF DEEPAKINE CHRONO 500 , BUT THE DR. REDUCE THEM TO 2 TABLETS WITH 1/2 TABLETS OF LIMICTAL 100 IN THE MORNING AND HAVE TABLET IN THE EVENING WITH ON2 ABILIFY 20 MG IS THIS OK PLEASE ADVICE ME

If he was asymptomatic on 2000 mg of valporate, then, there was no need to decrease the dose, but if he is symptomatic, then carry on with same combination at same dose. With this combination, his mood swings would remain in control. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
