Hi, how long should it take for a tailbone injury to heal? I did not break it, i just really bruised it and hit a nerve.
The tail bone injury heals according to the impact on it. If the impact was of higher side then may take few months and if of trivial nature then can get healed in few weeks.
Take adequate rest and do not lift up any weight or do any strenuous exercises given unnecessary pressure on tail bone. You can additionally take pain killers as and when required basis.
