Stomach Acid Due To Stress. Food Or Beverage To Soothe Stomach?

I,ve had 3 very stressful days and as a result have developed so much acid in my stomach that it is coming up into my mouth. I have already tried 1/2 glass of milk and a slice of wheat bread. Unfortunately I have run out of over the counter ant-acids and its to late to go to the store, therefore I need to find a food or beverage in the house so I can lay down and get some sleep without the discomfort

Take full of ice cream.
Take fruit juices of apple, banana.
Take cold Lassi or buttermilk.
Take curd with rice.
Avoid aerated cold drinks.
avoid stress and go to sleep.
Ok and take care.

Thank for choosing HCM,
If you fell acidic problem particularly, like something is coming in the mouth from the stomach then first thing to do is stop eating anything, keep your self nil by mouth, at least three to four hours, mean while try proton pump inhibitor ( Pentaprazole 40 mg) along with Domepridone with little water take rest, sleep in little slant position keeping your head in 45 degree position, keep low or eliminate the depression level, beverage initially gives very little relief but later may aggravate the symptoms, fruit salt also gives very nice result, it is available on counter with different bran names, take care Have nice day.
