Gliosis is an age related change in the brain. As long as you are asymptomatic, this is of no concern. Take care
 
MRI of the brain with this findings I don't understand: few punctate foci of increased signal on long TR sequences correlate with nonspecific areas of gliosis.
You have not mentioned what is your clinical symptoms. But above mentioned MRI findings are very common presentation. Gliosis always occurs when any brain cells get damaged, but in your case it is not in some special region so does not like a serious issue. I would still want o know what is your symptoms so that i can give you better information.
