Vitamins do not have any role in managing high blood pressure. Lifestyle changes, weight reduction if overweight; low fat diet and regular exercise will help. Usually, anti-hypertensive drugs are used to control BP and advised lifestyle changes as describe above.

It depends upon the value of blood pressure .
Mild blood pressure e.g. 140 / 85 mm of Hg at the age of 42 , usually don't develop any symptoms.
If Blood pressure very high 150 /100 mm of Hg may cause dizziness, heaviness in epigastrium, bleeding / nose , palpitation , headache , heaviness behind eyes.
