Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

Medical marijuana is for entirely different uses and is not the best thing for you. I recommend that you slowly go off of marijuana in any form that you may be using it. Please take the help of a substance abuse counselor and NA groups when you are trying to do the same. It can be very helpful. I think that your arthritis is not related to your addiction, but can be making it worse. So it will benefit you from taking yourself off of the weed. I do think that you should be seeing a psychiatrist to potentially have those forms filled if they could be done. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
