I feel drowsy and weak, keep wanting to drop my head it is intermittent during a day and someday free of it. I have an MVP which i have been told doesn t need surgery. I have hot flushing. I am 63 and have had a difficult menopause. I can t drink caffeine as I become wired and very talkative. I suffered from CFS in the past but recovered. I have a slight hand tremor. My GP has done two full bloods and apart from the first having low platelet count they are very good as I have a healthy diet. I have been gluten free for 11 months since bloating fatigue and pain. I am now on low dose Prozac to increase seratonin levels ( so far I have had one weeks course and have to take it for one month. I would be grateful for another doctors opinion as his is effecting my quality of life when I have a whole day of fatigue. Many thanks Catherine I often close my eyes after food and want to flop as the blood flow goes to the digestion. I am wondering about the autonomic nervous system related to MVP?
