big boobs is it a problem(i got them)

i am 14 and i got double d s and its really becoming a lil problem alot of guys only like my for my boobs and always make comments but i am used to that by now but i my back hurts daily every night i have my brother pop my back(it makes my back feel better)but idk if thats a problem and i have a problem with clothes i get shirts that are tight on my boobs and loose on my stomach and either way tight on my boobs and fit me on the stomach i dont wanna look like a hor just some one suggestions please
