Can I Take Aleve For Headache And Will Hip Bloating Go Away?

I just had breast augmentation surgery 2 days ago. I am experiencing major bloating in my hips (from 35prior to surgery to now a 37.5) and I am having terrible headaches. I feel fine other than these things and have not been on any pain meds for 36 hours. Will the bloating go away or did the surgery cause me to gain weight? Can i take an aleve for the headache? tylenol 500 hasn t worked :(
