Could The Headache On Top Front Be A Matter Of Concern?

I had a headache all day yesterday on the top front left side. After taking Aleve it did go away. Today the headache came back, same side. I took Aleve and no relief, 10 hours later I took more Aleve and I currently still have pain. Could this be serious?
