X-ray Showed Blurry White, Diagnosed With PTB. Do Not Have Any Symptoms. Cause?

Good day my boyfriend got a result from his pre employment x-ray . First X-ray, they found out some blurry white so they requested him again for an Apicolordotic view and yesterday, he was diagnose with PTB. I am a Nurse and wondering because he doesn t initiate any symptoms or whatsoever. He is gaining weight actually.

it doesnt need to have any sign or symtom if this is inactive state of TB. But also, usually such xray findings are nonspecific and can indicate various normal or abnormal lung lesions. He should do some blood tests to rule out PTB.
