Would Lasik Correction Be Helpful In Eye Correction?

My name is Santosh. I am suffering from myopia with -9D and -7.5D in both eyes. This is effecting my career and I am considering an to opt for LASIK Refractive correction. I work as a Software professional and have to use computer everytime. I also have a problem of Red eyes/White threads.
My other details :
Height : 5'6"
Weight : 80 Kgs
Medical History : No complications as of my knowledge.
Please let me know if a LASIK correction would help me?

you are having high myopia. it is not a disease. there are three option for it. specs, contact lens, and lasik surgery. only thing is one should know the post operative complication of lasik surgery. get your suitability and discuss the post operative problem. you should not repent after surgery.
