Will Usage Of Hair Gel Affect A Person Having Hair Treatment With Minoxidil + Anroanagen?

Hello Doctor, I'm 19 years old and I'm suffering from hair loss. In furtherance, I have already taken medication. So, as prescribed by the Doctor I have been using Minoxidil + Anroanagen for about two months now. There is a substantial improvement. I wanna know whether it will be alright if I relax my hair. Likewise I wanna be ascertained whether there are any bad issues of applying hair gel not frequently but at a special occasion.

Hi and thank you so much for this query

I a so sorry to hear about this hair loss. Luckily enough, you found something that seems to make it better. What I will like you to know is that relaxation causes some hair loss and if you think you have regrown enough and can let go some, then feel free to relax it. However, if you are still concerned about the volume, I will advise that you let it be. There is no problem applying this product on the hair at any frequency that you so desire and on specific areas.

I hope this addresses your query fully. Thank you so much for patronizing our services and please do feel free to ask for follow up clarifications and information if need be. I wish you the best of health.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

Contrary to what many people believe that hair gels can lead to hair fall, I must say that hair gels contain d-panthenol, which is one of the main moisturizing ingredients, its hygroscopic property absorbs and traps atmospheric moisture into the hair, thus imparting a wet look. It conditions the hair and prevents it from dryness.

The only thing you have to take care while using it with minoxidil is that you have to space it out between them rather than using simultaneously.

regards
