Will Tadalafil, Jak Joy, Nano Leo Help In Curing Erectile Dysfunction?

I am having Erectile Dysfunction for last two months. Report says low testostirone Harmone & Low blood flow. My doctor prescribed me Tadalafil Mouth Dissolving tab(zydalis MD 20/ Half per day) and Jak Joy, Nano Leo.. WIll these cure my problem. or should i take these tablets for life time. I am just 24 Yr old.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of erectile dysfunction and have revealed to have low testosterone levels.

Have your Dr (GP)investigated you completely to find out the cause of your ED.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following tests done to find out the cause of your ED,
1)Serum Testosterone ,Serum Prolactin ,Serum LH levels
2) Thyroid function tests
3) Blood Sugar levels to rule out diabetes.
4) Colour Doppler Ultrasound scanning of Penis to find out arterial blood flow to penis or presence of venous leak.

The further treatment and need to take these medicine will depend upon the cause of ED.
