Will One Get Infected With HIV From A Needle Like Object?

Hi doctor, i got a blood test during a trip to Shanghai(China) two years ago in a hospital due to my fever. They took my blood simply by poking my finder tip with a needle like object then let my finger dip some blood on a test tube. I am worry that they did not use a new equipment. Can i get infected with HIV through that? Pls advise.

You are pricked with the lancet. And general they are disposable and sterile and made for once use only.but you are saying that they are use it repeated then there is a chance that one hiv positive patients blood may come in contact with other andspread infection. However its very rare still not nil chance. So go through hiv testing once and make sure that you are safe.
