Will medicines taken to correct the irregular periods help me to conceive once its normal ?

Your periods still appear to be irregular. Once they regularise by the birth control pills you can think of getting pregnant. Have you been tested for PCOD and other hormonal disturbances like thyroid problem, high prolactin hormone as these can also cause irregular periods. Get a thorough checkup by your Doctor for the causes and get appropriately treated.
