Hello ma'am and welcome.

Ovacet will certainly help, but to regularize your periods which should be the first aim of treatment. Conception can be tried only after the menstrual cycle has regularized, and so I would advise continuation of the pill till your menstrual cycle is regularized. Once it is, your doctor may change your treatment regimen to allow you to try to conceive.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
