Why Thumb Is Making Clicking Sound, Swollen And Unable To Bend?
Last night but thumb would make a clicking sound every time I bent it. Then this morning I woke up and it was swollen and I couldn't bend it. I can put slight pressure on it (I.e. pressing home button on iPhone) but it hurts to bend. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Do you have any history of trauma? do you consume alcohol? it depends on the cause.
Most likely, you seem to have arthritis of thumb joint.
you may need an X-ray to rule out any damaged joint. consult an orthopedician for better diagnosis. Hope this helped.
