Hi, In seem to have are cyclical breast pain which is clearly related to menstrual cycle. It is often accompanied by breast swelling or lumpiness and affects upper outer portions of breast particularly. It usually intensifies during the two weeks leading up to the start of the period then eases up afterwards. You can take pain killers and vitamin E capsules.Avoiding caffeine and low fat diet may help. In case your pain does not improve , kindly consult your physician.Hope it helps.
